Meet Our Team

Stacy Massar was born and raised in northern New Jersey. Shortly after graduating from Juniata College, Stacy decided east coast living just wasn’t for her and moved to sunny California. In 2002, she became a licensed real estate agent and loan originator. She listed and sold homes in San Diego for ten years and loved every minute. Her time in California real estate provided Stacy with the skillset to navigate tough buyer and seller markets. Stacy’s family, however, was in Texas. So, after the birth of her daughter in 2003, Stacy packed up and moved to Rockwall. Since moving to Texas, Stacy hasn’t looked back. Her passion is real estate and helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership. Not only is she a licensed broker in the state of Texas, but she also has several designations and certifications, including GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), MRP (Military Relocation Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert and PRES (Probate Real Estate Specialist). These designations are just part of what makes Stacy stand out in her industry and serve these specific clients at the highest possible level.

Stacy is also a seasoned real estate investor who owns Texas, California, and Florida homes. She possesses a keen eye for style, and after purchases from several investors, Stacy was hired as an interior designer to decorate and stage the houses. Such “post-sale” skills have enabled her to maximize profits for investors and sellers. She is a member of the Rockwall Noon Rotary Club and runs a women’s networking group called Rockwall Women in Business. She and her daughter are active in the National Charity League and volunteer with over 20 local charities. Stacy still finds time to mentor new agents and teach classes about real estate despite her commitments.

Stacy enjoys spending precious moments with her family when not selling homes throughout the DFW Metroplex. That includes mother-daughter time with her beautiful, funny, intelligent, and quirky teenage daughter, Reagan. Stacy also enjoys photography, reading, writing, working out, learning to Two-Step, meeting up with friends, and trying the newest local restaurants with her husband, Ben.

Ben Massar is a native Texan and a proud first-generation American-born citizen. His parents and older brothers were all born in Holland. Ben grew up in Garland, but his family has been a staple of the Lake Highlands community for over 50 years. His parents once owned the Dutch Art Gallery. The gallery, now run collectively by Ben’s family, is still operating in Lake Highlands.

Ben graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1994. He worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Galveston County for five years before moving to Paris, Texas, to open a private law office. Ben eventually moved to Rockwall in 2009, and he met his beautiful wife Stacy (who was his neighbor) in 2011. Ben continues to work as a criminal defense attorney in the DFW area while also being a realtor. He got his Texas Real Estate license in 2016 and has loved working at the Massar Realty Group. Blending law and real estate seem like a natural fit, and partnering with Stacy has made his real estate experience fun and rewarding. Showing homes is the perfect change of pace from his law practice. For Ben, no home is too far to show. He will travel throughout DFW (and beyond) if it means finding the right home for his client. He and Stacy have helped countless people buy and sell residential real estate in DFW and surrounding counties.

Ben is the proud father of three beautiful daughters: Alana, Megan, and Reagan. Alana is a graduate of the University of Texas and has settled in Austin, while Megan is a senior at Arizona State University. Entering her last year of middle school, Reagan has developed into quite the thespian. Ben is known to co-host carpool videos with Stacy in his spare time.

Ana Maria Beats is originally from Colombia. She has lived in the United States since 2007, and Rockwall is home to her and her family. With more than 12 years of real estate experience, Ana Maria has successfully grown rental portfolios, flipped properties, and helped buyers and sellers through the journey of homeownership. Her goal as a realtor is for her clients to understand that their needs, expectations, and interests are her priority. She goes above and beyond to fulfill her commitment to them in an honest and caring way. She puts her heart and soul into servicing her clients, and she understands first-hand the emotions of buying or selling a home. Because of that, Ana Maria works diligently to make the process as seamless as possible. She understands that a home tells a story because experiences within it create lifelong memories. Ana Maria helps her clients to find their home, and she takes pride in knowing she helps them develop and continue their own stories.

Ana Maria enjoys spending time with her family. When she’s not listening to her children’s elementary school escapades, she and her husband enjoy exploring Dallas with their family. Ana Maria is fluent in both English and Spanish, and her being bilingual has come in very handy when helping clients.

Karla Coker was born and raised in the small town of Combine, Texas. From the time she began working at 15, Karla excelled within the service industry. The invaluable experiences she gained within the salon, aviation and travel, sales, and commercial title industries helped fuel her desire to be innovative and reliable in her customer service experiences.

After a short stint as a stay-at-home mom, Karla earned her Real Estate license and began working within the Real Estate industry in 2014. As the business grew, she and her family moved to the Rockwall area in 2017. This move would help her better serve her clients within the DFW Metroplex.

Karla loves spending free time with her husband and three adult children. An ideal vacation for her family is time spent anywhere in the mountains. However, this wife, mom, business owner, and realtor also treasures the simplicity of coming together as a family to cook and share a meal.
